As a disabled Army veteran living with PTSD, I was facing one of the most stressful situations of my life. William Pernik didn’t just represent me—he fought for me. He drove from Salinas to Palo Alto multiple times for my hearings, and every time he walked into the courtroom he projected confidence, preparation, and professionalism. What impressed me most was his ability to stand his ground. He was direct, persuasive, and never intimidated. Watching him advocate on my behalf gave me confidence when I needed it most. Thanks to his hard work, my case was successfully diverted into Military Veterans Court, giving me an opportunity that truly changed my life. His background as a longtime public defender and his extensive experience representing veterans and clients facing mental health challenges clearly showed throughout my case. Walking out of court after the successful outcome was a moment I’ll never forget. It felt like a tremendous weight had finally been lifted. If you’re looking for a criminal defense attorney who genuinely cares, fights relentlessly for his clients, and knows how to navigate the justice system, I cannot recommend William Pernik highly enough. If you’re a veteran, you’ll be in especially good hands. Thank you, William, for giving me a second chance. It was money well spent.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. William V Pernik and his team helped me get a fresh start to my life. Mr Pernik and team treated me like family and worked with me on flexible payments when my courts dragged on for years .Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. With the help of William Pernik, I was able to get my cases professionally dealt with and eventually dropped. Although the entire process was still very stressful— considering the outrageous allegations from opposing council – he was able to pacify a lot of my anxieties, and the outcome was better than I had hoped for, which I am eternally grateful for.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough about how well my Lawyer Dustin Ercolano handled my case which took 13 months to win. Throughout my case, I had two different judges and two different District Attorneys who were both very aggressive. Mr. Ercolano navigated and adapted to all these hurdles with professional and conviction. I was facing jail time and he worked to help me avoid that. He also was able to get the DA to agree to my Mental Health Diversion program which has much less penal consequences. I am very grateful to have Mr. Ercolano representing me and would highly recommend his services. Thank you Dustin, I greatly appreciate your help through all this! D.Richard I wanted to follow up on my original review, to again commend Dustin and the firm on their professionalism and diligence as they represented me in a very drawn out case. I have since completed my diversion program and Dustin has confirmed my case to be sealed which is great. I had money left over on my trust which was promptly returned to me. They have also offered to continue to help me with with any administrative needs I might need pertaining to my case. Thank you again Dustin and everyone at the firm and I highly recommend your services to anyone who is in need. Best, D. Williams legal expertise, personal connection and getting involved to guide the case strategy was stellar. Dustin as litigator was excellent to help close the case in line with my core objectives, which was hard and took a lot of work. Initially I did not select Pernik Law firm, but Williams personal follow-up luckily switched me.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
